Mr. Popper´s® Gluten Free Oat flakes is made of peeled oat flakes. The shell is removed through heat and steam. Gluten free oat flakes are obtained through a closed loop supply chain called OatSecure™, which comprises the whole food chain: from the growth of the seed, the sieving, the selection of the harvesting ground, which also involves the cultivator, the planting, the vigilance of the crops, as well as the drying, milling, and storing of the product.
Mr. Popper´s® Gluten Free Oat flakes provides a rich source of low glycemic index carbohydrates, which results in a sustained intake of carbohydrates. Moreover, it is a product that contains fibre, it helps to improve intestinal transit, unsaturated fats that improve the lipid profile, and vitamins and minerals that help to maintain biological functions.
Mr. Popper´s® Gluten Free Oat flakes provides important minerals (such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus...) which will help to maintain the electrolyte balance of the body in order to maintain performance during times of a lot of sweating.
