How to take CREAGE CONCENTRATED - 120 caps:As a nutritional supplement, take 2-4 capsules with a glass of water, preferably 30 to 45 minutes before training. On non-training days, take 2-4 capsules during the day. Athletes that use creatine should drink adequate amounts of water (2-3 litres a day) to maximise hydration and improve metabolic functions.
