I use bcaa cola taste with amylopectin (waxy maze starch) after workout! The Cola taste and lemon taste works good together, bcaas helps recovery, the carbs refuels the muscle so you are ready for another day at the gym :) Important when you train every day!

I always add some amino acids to my pre-workout in order to enhance my recovery. I have to say that this is probably the best composition I’ve been able to find, and after just a week you can start to notice its effects. I only wish there were more flavours available.

I was looking for a product that would help me with the maintenance of my muscle mass since I am on cutting phase. I found this product and, even though I did not try the previous version, I can say that it makes me recover faster and better. I also love apples and the flavour does not disappoint.
