He knows how to communicate his experience in the world of sports in each one of his articles, since he started doing exercise when he was just a child up until now.

Even if he has not focused his studies on this issue, his passion for sport and divulgation soon led him to start writing his articles.

He continues to advance and share its particular vision about training and sport nutrition with the world thanks to his interest in reinventing himself while still learning through courses and seminars, as well as through self-learning, which he has been able to perfect after years of studying a very demanding degree.

He is the author of the BPT (Beatman Performance Training), which is constantly calling the attention of fitness enthusiasts who are looking for new strategies because they have reached a point of stagnation in their training methodology. Or for those who want motivating and effective approaches when it comes to keeping the love for sports alive.

He participated in the 5th Edition of the “Fitness School” along with other both national and international renowned speakers from the divulgation field. He also made a practical demonstration of the BPT system.

His motto “Knowledge Makes Me Stronger” is the clearest way of describing his stance when approaching the world of knowledge, particularly the Fitness field.
