How to take L2 EXTREME - 80 caps:As a nutritional supplement, take 4 capsules a day with 350-470 ml of water: 2 capsules in the morning with breakfast and 2 at mid-afternoon with an afternoon snack. Use for 4-5 days and stop for at least 1 week before starting taking it again. It's recommended to drink at least 6 glasses of water a day.
