How to take VITARADE ENDURANCE BAR - 60g:To replace glycogen: take 2 to 4 bars a day. Begin with a 'loading phase' 3 days prior to the sports event or intense physical exercise. It is not advisable to consume excessive quantities of food.During prolonged exertion: take 1 bar every 60-120 minutes of physical activity.Strength training: take 1 bar every 60-120 minutes of physical activity.Team sports: consume between 1 to 4 bars the day before the match or event. During a break in the match of event, consume 1 bar.During daily activity, as a carbohydrate drink: consume 1 bar every 60-120 minutes of activity.Post-training recovery: take 1 or 2 bars immediately after exercise and another serving of 1 or 2 bars 60-90 minutes later.
