How to take VITARADE ENERGY GEL Nº2 45g LIMÓN // LEMON:During training or exercise (of no longer than one hour): take 1 to 2 servings (gels). Consume 1 gel every 20 minutes of exercise.During training or exercise (of longer than one hour): take 3 to 6 servings (gels) or more. Consume 1 gel every 20 minutes of exercise.During training or match in team sports: take 2 to 3 servings (gels). Consume 1 gel for every 20-40 minutes of physical activity.During endurance work: consume 2 to 3 servings (gels) every 20-40 minutes of training.During long expeditions, as a source of carbohydrates: take 3 to 6 servings (gels) or more.
