How to take VITARADE RECOVERY GEL Nº3 45g CEREZA // CHERRY:After training or exercise (of no more than one hour): take 2 to 4 servings (gels) 30-60 minutes after exercise.After training or exercise (or more than one hour): take 4 to 6 servings (gels): 2 gels 30-60 minutes after physical activity and 2 servings 30-60 minutes later.During training or match in team sports: take 2 to 4 servings (gels) 30-60 minutes after training.During endurance work: consume 2 to 4 servings between 30 to 60 minutes after training.During long expeditions, as a source of carbohydrates and proteins: take 2 to 4 servings (gels) or more. Consume 1 gel every 60-120 minutes of activity.During daily activity, as a carbohydrate drink: consume 4 to 6 servings (gels). Between 2 to 3 servings 30-60 minutes before training and 2 to 3 servings 30-60 minutes after training.
