How to take VITARADE STICK CARBOLOADER 50g NARANJA // ORANGE:To replace glycogen (super-compensation of carbohydrates): take 1 stick every 20-40 minutes. For a carbohydrate loading phase star 3 days prior to the event. Consume 3 to 6 servings (sticks) of Vitarade® Carboloader Stick fuelled by Vitargo® between meals during the day. Avoid an abundant diet. It is not advisable to eat too much.During prolonged exertion: take 1 stick every 20-40 minutes of exercise.Strength training: take 1 stick every 30-60 minutes of training.Team sports: take 3 to 6 servings (sticks) of Vitarade® Carboloader Gel fuelled by Vitargo® between meals, two days prior to the sports event, during exercise take 1 to 2 servings (sticks) every 30-45 minutes of activity.During daily activity, as a carbohydrate drink: consume 1 stick for every 60-120 minutes of activity.Post training recovery: take 1 serving (stick) every 20-40 minutes of physical exertion.
