How to take TOTAL WHEY 260g CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT:Take ½ ration 1 hour before training and ½ ration immediately after training. Mix with water or skimmed milk, stir well and then serve. Ice can be added to make it more refreshing.

For every 100g of product, Total Whey contains 76g of proteins of high biological value with a high concentration of milk whey proteins on both concentrated and isolate form, which provide a large quantity of branched chain amino acids (BCAA´s) compared to other products on the market.
