Dark Choco by HSN Foods is a delicious dark chocolate bar with a 72% purity and Belgian origin with no added sugars. It has been sweetened with maltitol and flavoured with vanilla.
What are the properties of Dark Choco 72%?
These dark chocolate 0% sugar bars contain a 72% of Belgian cocoa, globally considered the best cocoa for its exquisite taste and texture.
The key to Belgian chocolate lies in the quality of its beans, in the concentration of the cocoa and in the processing process, since it is made by hand.
Unlike most conventional chocolates, Belgian cocoa is not mixed with vegetable fats. This chocolate stands out for its purity and is 100% constituted by cocoa beans that are previously selected taking into account their maturity, color, size and weight.
Once selected, some of these beans are ground to obtain the cocoa powder and another part is pressed to obtain Belgian cocoa butter and paste, which are part of the ingredients of this product.
To make our black chocolate bar healthier, we have replaced conventional sugar with a completely natural sweetener, maltitol. Maltitol, in addition to being a sweetener similar to sugar in taste, is very useful for lowering the sugar content of some food products (and therefore, empty calories), it does not cause caries or alter blood glucose levels.
