This product has a fairly good percentage of protein. It is not the best format, but you get used to it and eventually find a way to store it. I personally like to add some defatted cocoa powder to give it some flavor
Good product overall
Unlike other caseins, it dissolves really well, although sometimes it makes a lot of foam. You have to try for yourself and find the right amount of water to get the texture that you want
