How to take EVOCELL 1.5Kg FRUIT PUNCH:Mix 2 scoops with 300-400ml of cold water per service. During the first 5 days (loading phase) take 2 services daily, one in the morning when you get up and one immediately after your workout (and another during training, if required). On non-training days, take the first service in the morning when you get up and the second service 12 hours later. For the maintenance phase, take one or two daily services, immediately after exercise.

EvoCell by HSN Sports is an advanced transportation system for creatine and rehydration of muscle cells, designed to optimize muscle development and performance, and optimize the recovery phase.
As its name reflects, this product seeks to increase the body volume, through the hydration of muscle cells, stimulated by the action of insulin along with a combination of ingredients, of which we should note creatine, amino acids or waxy maize.
