BONE HEALTH - PACK 1
PURPOSE OF THIS PACK
- Relieving joint pain
- Supporting the regeneration of cartilage
This pack has been designed to support the health of our bones, joints and cartilages. It provides a series of ingredients, such as Vitamins K2 and D3 that, together with Magnesium, are involved in the proper absorption of calcium, which is essential for the organism. In addition, it will strengthen the bone tissue, improving the mineral density to make the bones less fragile.
- People who have a calcium deficiency or an absorption problem caused by an intestinal pathology.
- Those who want to improve and treat the problems related to joint pain.
- People who run the risk of suffering bone fractures or degenerative disease such as arthritis.
Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin with important properties as a coagulant. However, vitamin K2, also known as Menaquinone, has another essential function when it comes to the calcium absorption process. Particularly, its task consists of marking the place where the calcium must be deposited in the organism.
A proper supply of K2, either from food or supplementation, will help us avoid a possible deficiency which can produce some physiological alterations, which result in calcification, kidney stones, osteoporosis, myocardial infarction... Therefore, vitamin K2 is going to support the process of bone mineralization as well as the absorption of calcium and other essential minerals for the bones.
Vitamin D is a crucial micronutrient for our health. Our body synthesizes it when we sunbathe. In fact, according to some studies, possibly a big part of the population may suffer a deficiency. This vitamin, which even is considered a hormone, performs many physiological functions, such as supporting our cardiovascular health, reducing the excess of estrogen, supporting the regeneration of brain cells, or relieving the inflammation.
Its main role is to support the calcium metabolism. Vitamin D needs vitamin K2 in order to produce a proper treatment with calcium, as well as to avoid any pathology, such as an obstruction of the coronary artery, transporting calcium to the organs, inter-joint spaces, or the arteries.
Magnesium is an essential mineral in our diet. In fact, it is involved in many processes and reactions that take place in our body. Together with vitamin K2 and D3, they are all the elements our body needs for a proper administration of calcium in our body. Coincidentally, a lot of people think that they only need magnesium to increase the calcium levels. However, if there is a deficiency of any of the previous elements, it can even cause hypercalcemia, which involves high levels of calcium in the bloodstream, which can potentially cause cardiovascular diseases and gastric ulcers.
