This pack has been designed to help cyclists during their workout sessions as well as competitions. These products are mainly designed to be consumed while the athlete is riding the bike. They will provide a constant energy supply so that we can keep up the pace and intensity. In addition, it has the best sources of protein to improve the recovery.

Evokalyn is a buffered Creatine Monohydrate from the patent Kre-Alkalyn®. This is probably the supplement with most scientific evidence about its effects and results. Particularly, the benefits of creatine for cyclists will be related to their muscle resistance and their ability to do sprints followed by a quick recovery. In addition, its benefits can be clearly seen in other aspect: buffering the DOMS or Delayed Onset Muscular Soreness.
Beta Alanine is another supplement with important benefits for endurance athletes. Above all, it increases the concentration of muscle carnosine, which will allow us to perform high intensity efforts for a longer period of time. Consequently, it compensates for the accumulation of lactate which causes fatigue during said intense activity, hindering our performance.
Citrulline Malate is a precursor of Nitric Oxide (NO), which performs a key task in the maintenance and integrity of the vascular endothelium. This faculty can be useful for cyclists due to the oxidative nature of their activity, since it improves the performance. To put it briefly, NO dilates the blood vessels, which increases the transport of oxygen and energy to the muscle cells.
Amylopectin is a source of carbohydrates to recharge the glycogen deposits successfully. It will meet the energy demands of the cyclist, since its molecular structure allows them to quickly go through the stomach, providing a constant glucose supply. Carbohydrates are the 'tool' of endurance athletes.
Evocarbs is a drink made with a triple carbohydrate source (dextrose, maltodextrin and fructose) with different absorption rates. The cyclist will be able to experience a quick energy response. It also includes Mineral Salts in order to provide hydration during the physical activity and to recharge important electrolytes that are lost during the effort.
Glutamine Peptides are the most absorbable form of this amino acid. For high performance athletes the recovery phase is the most important phase, and they can shorten this process thanks to the peptides. On the other hand, glutamine strengthens the immune system and buffers the permeability bowel syndrome, which affects athletes who practice high intensity activities for a long time.
Evolate 2.0 (Whey Isolate Protein) is the protein with the highest biological value available. It provides a high percentage of essential amino acids, including a high proportion of BCAA's or Branched Amino Acids, which are involved in the regeneration, recovery and growth of the muscle tissue.
HOW TO TAKE?
Before Training (30min):
1 scoop Amylopectin + 2 capsules of Evokalyn + 2g of Beta Alanine + 5g of Citrulline Malate
During the workout:
1 scoop of Amylopectin + 1 scoop of Evocarbs. Refill every 60-90min of intense physical activity
1-2 scoops of Evolate + 1 scoop of Glutamine Peptides + 2g of Beta Alanine
