This pack is intended for those activities of high intensity with a duration that does not exceed 60-75min. In this type of exercise, we will alternate short periods where we submit the body to great efforts, followed by other periods of recovery or at a lower intensity. It will allow us to perform at the highest level by providing on the one hand a rapid assimilation carbohydrate preparation, and then a lactic acid buffering substance, which will be characteristic of the type of activity.

Evocarbs is a triple blend of carbohydrates that provide different rates of absorption, but of a fast nature, accompanied by mineral salts. This way, taking it during training, in small sips, will be a perfect way to provide constant energy, additionally, due to the molecular properties of the energy sources, we can achieve a very rapid replacement of blood glucose levels. The electrolytes will play a fundamental role for the correct hydration, avoiding that there is a mineral imbalance that can lead to certain injuries like cramps.
Beta alanine plays a prominent role here, related to enabling us for the high intensity effort. Its mechanism of action will be to help rapidly excrete secreted lactate as a result of the anaerobic effort. This substance alters the blood pH, generating in turn a large number of free radicals. HOW TO TAKE?
This pack is focused on being used during medium duration training, with a high intensity component, therefore, it is advisable to take it as an intra-training drink, keeping the following proportions:
- 600-750ml of cold water
- 1-2 scoop of Evocarbs
- 2-4g scoops of Beta Alanine
Just before starting, take 1 caffeine tablet.
