Evowhey Protein 2.0 2Kg - HSNsports
Evowhey Protein 2.0 is a Whey Protein Concentrate which has a fast absorption and digestibility, since it is separated from milk casein during its manufacturing process. This slows down the absorption and it results in a pure whey concentrate.

Evobcaa's 2.0 500g - HSNsports
This is one of the star products, since it provides Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) which are made up of three essential amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Valine, and L-Isoleucine.
This formula provides these amino-acids on a 12:1:1 ratio, so that it provides more than 6 grams of L-Leucine per serving, which is the best BCAA to regenerate the muscle fibres. It is said that leucine is the mTOR pathway activator, which is a physiological process at a cell level that sets muscle building into motion.
We have also added L-Glutamine to this amino acid trio, since it is one of the most useful elements when it comes achieving an optimal recovery, it is regarded as a 'conditionally' essential amino-acid whose use is highly recommended under certain circumstances: high intensity and frequency workouts, or low-calorie intake routines while maintaining our muscle mass.
HOW TO TAKE?
Here we will show you two different ways of using this pack depending on the time of the day when you train: Morning Workout or Evening Workout:
A) Morning workout
PERI-WORKOUT (on an empty stomach – just woke up)
- Before training: EVOBCAAS (1 or ½ scoop)
- After the workout: EVOWHEY (1 or 2 scoops)
Between meals: 1 serving of EVOWHEY
B) Evening workout
Just woke up: 1 serving of EVOWHEY
PERI-WORKOUT (with previous meals)
- Before training: if more than 2 hours have passed from the last meal, do not consume anything. If this is not the case, follow scheme A)
- After the workout: EVOBCAAS (1 or ½ scoop)
- After the workout: EVOWHEY (1 or 2 scoops)
