Whey Extreme Force is a Milk Whey Concentrate type of protein, for this reason it ensures the supply of the essential amino acids, due to its high biological value. These elements are essential because our body does not synthesize them, and if our aim is to seek the greatest gain and maintenance of muscle mass, the correct daily intake is almost mandatory. This protein is enriched with BCAAs or branched-chain amino acids, adding a plus to the recovery process, as this triplet (l-leucine, l-valine, and l-isoleucine) supports the greatest amount of skeletal muscle and in turn suffers the highest rate of degradation due to physical stress.
