HOW TO TAKE
Drink a 2 scoop shake when you get up
Drink a 2 scoop shake 30-45 minutes before training and another one right after training. If you eat a meal in the previous 2 hours to training, drink only a 4 scoop shake after training.
Optionally, take a 2 scoop shake right before going to sleep.
Take 0.1g of creatine per Kg of body weight.
On training days: take it with the post-workout shake.
On rest days: take it with the morning shake after getting up.
