PURPOSE OF THIS PACK

This pack has been designed to contribute to the diet of those who have chosen to follow a vegan diet and who, consequently, have to face certain nutritional limitations. Vitamin B12, creatine, or beta alanine which are exclusive of food of animal origin have been added to this pack in order to solve this problem.

Creatine Excell is a creatine monohydrate with the Creapure® seal (pharmaceutical grade). Creatine can be mainly found in the skeletal muscle or in the organ tissue of animals. Creatine supplementation in vegans and vegetarians provides cognitive support above all.
Beta Alanine sources are mostly of animal origin, which can compromise the presence of this element. The aim of Beta Alanine is to contribute to increasing the concentration of in-muscle carnosine. In this way, it will support high intensity exercise, prolonging its duration without producing too much muscle fatigue.
Vitamin B12 is a kind of water-soluble vitamin, and it belongs to the group B vitamins. It is found in food of animal origin. Vitamin B12 performs essential functions in the organism. B12 deficiency is associated with chronic fatigue.
Soy Protein Isolate is one of the most used protein sources for vegans. It provides a complete aminogram, including important doses of BCAA's and Glutamine. Its use helps vegans to meet their protein nutritional requirements.
Green Tea Extract is one of the products that has provided evidence of its use in weight loss processes. Due to its high content in active ingredients such as 98% of polyphenol, 80% of catechins, and 60% of EGCG per each capsule of 500mg.
HOW TO TAKE?
1 vegetable capsule of Green Tea
Take 1 vegetable capsule before a meal (twice a week or according to your needs)
Before training (30min):
1 vegetable capsule of Green Tea 2g of Beta Alanine
1 or 2 scoops of Soy Protein Isolate 2g of Beta Alanine Creatine Excell (1g per 10kg of Body Weight)
