Smooth Almond Butter by Meridian is a delicious smooth almond butter made 100% with natural almonds, free of palm oil. Almond cream has a large content in monounsaturated fatty acids, moderate content of polyunsaturated fatty acids and absence of cholesterol, which makes it a product with an ideal lipid profile according to current recommendation for reducing cardiovascular risk.
We should not forget its high content in linoleic acid (omega 6), which is an essential fatty acid that the body itself cannot synthesize and consequently must be obtained through the diet. Almond butter has a high vitamin E content, beneficial for our circulatory system. It is also an excellent source of calcium, riboflavin, phosphorous and magnesium.
