Light Tahini by Meridian is a delicious sesame cream. This sauce is becomingly increasingly popular due to its great flavour and the benefits it provides to the organism. It could be no other way, coming as it does from a seed as beneficial as sesame. Its potential lies in its optimal nutritional profile, full of cardio-healthy essential fatty acids. Tahini cream is very rich in minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, silicon, chromium and copper. It also contains vitamins E and vitamins from the B Group.
