Beta Charge by MRI is a complex of Beta-Alanine and BCAAs, with special emphasis on the dose of beta-alanine per serving: 3200mg, and with a ratio of branched chain amino acids of 8:1:1 which will activate the protein synthesis pathway. In addition, to improve muscle function the minerals sodium and potassium have been added.
Beta Charge is an entire system for the optimization of sports performance. Beta-alanine is the main precursor of muscle carnosine, which brings the following benefits, amongst others:
- Regulates muscle pH
- Antioxidant function
The main action vis-à-vis boosting performance will be the plugging function of lactic acid, which is the metabolic waste secreted by high intensity and duration of the exercise in question. Thanks therefore to beta-alanine, our body can combat this muscle acidity, maintaining the activity, recycling the lactate accumulated and delaying the appearance of muscle fatigue.
