How to take R-MAX:Mix 13g with liquid (water, skim milk, etc). Take one or two times a day, one of them after training.
R-MAX by Nutrytec Sport has the optimal, scientifically proven, quantities of medium chain amino acids and glutamine, essential amino acids for athletes who are trying to slim or train.
The BCCA´s and glutamine act synergistically, favouring protein synthesis, reducing muscle degradation, improving recovery and helping to strengthen the immune system. The BCAA´S cover one third of all muscle protein. Supplementation with BCAAs avoid loss of muscle tissue and strength due to the effects of rigorous training. It is advisable to take BCAAs before and after training as they are responsible for the synthesis of proteins on the part of the muscle fibres.

In addition, due to the physical stress caused by training, levels of glutamine in plasma may be affected and diminish, weakening the immune system. The way to take R-Max is via 2 servings on training days. Take the first one 30 minutes before training and the next one after training. After training it should be mixed with a drink that contains carbohydrates. In definition stage, increase to three servings daily to avoid muscle loss.
