Xplode Powder by Olimp is a formula consisting of:
- BCAAs: branched chain amino acids (l-leucine, l-valine, l-isoleucine) which make up approximately one third of the skeletal muscle. These amino acids are essential and therefore their ingestion is necessary through the diet or through supplementation. They are particularly important during peri-training (moments before, during and after training), due on the one hand to the degradation suffered at muscle level induced by physical stress, and then for its properties as precursors of activation of the mTOR pathway (l-leucine) of protein synthesis and new tissues, glycogen savings during training or to reduce intense fatigue while accelerating post-training recovery.
- L-Glutamine: conditionally essential amino acid, of significant interest in athletes of low energy demands or in processes of caloric restriction vis-à-vis body re-composition. It acts synergistically together with the BCAAs, and both substances establish an ideal hormonal environment for generating muscle tissue. Maintaining high levels of glutamine in blood plasma can be very important to avoid potential over-training syndromes or to accelerate our recovery.
