How to take GLYCOMAIZE 2Kg UNFLAVOURED:As a nutritional supplement, take 1 scoop (40g) of GlycoMaize in 180-230ml of water or any other drink you like. Take 6-10 of carbohydrates per kg of body weight daily.
While protein supplements help muscle reconstruction, maintenance and growth, carbohydrates recharge and recover muscles so they can work better for longer more intensively.
There are several types of carbohydrates, including Waxymaize (derived from corn) and Trehalose (micosa disaccharide) which are the two best carbohydrates that ever existed in the history of sports supplementation.
Waxymaize consists of very long and branched chains. It is an extraordinarily dense complex that is quickly absorbed by the body.
Starch Trehalose is a much smaller starch than Waxymaize, slow digestion and composed of two unusual sugars .
These carbohydrates together provide an immediate high energy level, replenish glycogen stores and help in the absorption of other nutrients by the body.
GLYCOMAIZE, compared to other carbohydrate-rich formulas designed in the past, is a product to be used often in large quantities.
When you need to recharge before, during and after training, HSN recommends you to take GLYCOMAIZE to apply full intensity in your training and improve your recovery.
