How to take BATTERY +/-3 - 1Kg:Pre-Workout - Mix 2 scoops (40g) with 300-400ml of cold water and shake for about 5 seconds. / Intra-workout - Mix 2 scoops (40g) with 300-400ml of cold water and shake for about 5 seconds. / Post-Workout - Mix 3 scoops (60g) with 300-400ml of cold water and shake for about 5 seconds.

BATTERY /3™ of PHD Nutrition includes 3 types of carbohydrates from different sources and assimilation rates to provide energy in the short, medium and long term.
To provide energy in the medium and long term, BATTERY /3™ adds fructose and maltodextrin for maximum energy before and during training.
Fructose has a low glycemic index (GI 23) so that the conversion of blood sugar is high and constant, which provides energy for long periods. Maltodextrin is also ideal for the post workout to replenish glycogen stores and ensure complete and efficient recovery.
To be further enriched with carbohydrates rapid assimilation as provided by the Dextrose Monohydrate, which has a fairly high glycemic index which favors the replacement of muscle glycogen immediately, ensuring an immediate increase of blood sugar for an optimal recovery.
