Scitec Nutrition's 100% Milk Complex is a nutritional supplement made of high quality proteins, extracted from dairy proteins, to which an extra dose of aminoacids and digestive enzymes has been added.
The formula offered by 100% Milk Complex consists of a mix of several types of proteins:
- Whey protein isolate
- Whey protein concentrate
- Small amounts of lactoglobuline protein, lactoferrin, lactalbumin, and immunoglobulin
Milk is an essential ingredient in every diet, as it contains nutrients that are highly beneficial to the body. The proteins contained in milk are made of approximately 80% of casein and 20% of whey. Thanks to our exclusive process of ultra filtratiom, the quality of this particular protein ratio is fully preserved, resulting in micellar casein instead of caseinate, which has a poor quality and is denatured.
In every diet, proteins are sources of nitrogen and of essential aminoacids, which are necessary for the body to build and repair tissues, and to facilitate muscular growth. Whey proteins are known as complete proteins, as they provide all the aminoacids (both essential and non-essential), such as histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenilalanine, threonin, triptophan, and valine.
