Scitec Nutrition's Alkaly-X is an innovative product made with the latest generation creatine, manufactured by Kre-Alkalyn®.
This type of creatine consists of a patented formula known as 'pH correct', which is a creatine product with a pH that exceeds 12 that is synthesized during the patented manufacturing process in order to change its pH. The pH level modification guarantees the stability of this type of creatine.
The highest concentration of creatine (around 95%) is found in bone muscle cells. The use of Alkalyn-X can help achieve an improvement in physical performance by taking approximately 3g per day. This applies to high intensity exercise of a short duration, whether they are weight lifting exercises or cardiovascular exercises.
Moreover, Alkaly-X has been enriched with some additional ingredients, such as the following:
The combination of creatine and beta-alanine is particularly important, as they are both elements that strengthen performance. Beta-alanine in particular is a non-essential aminoacid used by muscle cells to synthesize carnosine, a di-peptide made up of beta-alanine and L-histidine.
Carnosine is found in high concentrations in bone muscle, especially in muscle fibres of type II B, that are characterised by their quick contraction capacity. Stimulating the muscles with carnosine using supplements is becoming increasingly more important among body builders and athletes.
